We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Transactional Associate Attorney specializing in Estate Planning, Business Law, or Family Law to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview:
As a Transactional Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in our firm, collaborating closely with clients and senior attorneys to handle a wide range of transactional matters. Your expertise in drafting legal documents, your strategic approach to problem-solving, and your client-centered focus will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to estate planning, business transactions, and family law matters, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Client Consultations: Conduct consultations with clients to gather information, provide legal advice, and develop customized solutions for their legal needs.
- Transactional Support: Assist clients in forming and structuring business entities, negotiating contracts, and developing estate plans that align with their goals.
- Case Management: Oversee and manage a caseload of transactional matters, maintaining organized and thorough documentation.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met throughout the legal process.
- Travel: Travel to our satellite offices in Sonora and Oakdale, CA, to meet with clients and support their legal needs in estate planning, business law, and family law matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar (in good standing).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional law, focusing on estate planning, business law, or family law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel to Sonora and Oakdale, CA, as required.
